That the Mayor activate and re-establish the Tree Advisory Committee, to be staffed by the full-time arborist in OSPCD Transportation and Infrastructure, and expand its membership to nine or 11 members, instead of five, in order to include more community members, and broaden the scope of the Committee's duties.
