To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a time-only contract extension to contract #240335R3 for EB Rotondi & Sons Inc.'s on-call repair contract for water main gates and appurtenances. The contract will be extended by three months with a new expiration date of 6/30/2027. The time-only extension will extend the Year 3 contract renewal by three months to align the contract expiration with the fiscal year funding cycle, allowing for more effective budgeting and planning.
