To the Honorable City Council:

Pursuant to Section 2-121 of the Code of Ordinances, I hereby request approval to retain the services of KP Law, 101 Arch Street, 12^th Floor, Boston, MA 02110, as outside counsel to represent and advise the City of Somerville, including but not limited to Austin Faison, American Rescue Plan Act Director, and their designee(s), on all aspects of the American Rescue Plan Act.
