To the Honorable City Council:

 

I respectfully request that this Honorable City Council consider and approve the attached Deed and Maintenance Easement as revised from the versions approved on June 13 2024 (See Item 24-0656). Redlined and Final Versions are attached.

 

1) the conveyance of parcel of land containing Leonard Grimes Park from 31 Tufts Street LLC to the City, said parcel known as Lot 2 on Plan 302 of 2022 as further described in the deed conveying the Park; and

 

2) the grant of a maintenance easement from the City to 31 Tufts Street LLC for performing maintenance obligations for the Leonard Grimes Park as further described in the easement document and the Landscape Management and Maintenance Plan incorporated in the easement document.
