That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (ISD) make a complete inspection of the fire damaged property at 27 Dickinson Street for any and all violations, including safety and health violations (such as mold, rodents, improper securing of the building) and other hazards which negatively impact the surrounding neighborhood, and direct the property owners to make all required changes.
