Dear Honorable Board of Alderman:

I hereby request approval to accept a donation of labor and equipment from the Dagle Electric Construction Corp. to install six Christmas trees in various City squares on November 16, 2010.  The installation of six trees utilizing a crane and a crane operator is valued at $1,275.00. 

There is no cost to the City associated with this donation.  I have attached a letter from Dagle Electric for your review.
