Be it hereby known to all that the

Somerville Mayor and Board of Aldermen

Offer their sincerest commendations to

Amigos de las Americas

Whose members recently led a Union Square clean-up in conjunction with Union Square Main Streets.

These dedicated young people will take their idealism

and organizational skills to Latin America in June,

for a summer of hands-on community service.

The entire Membership extends its gratitude,

And offers its best wishes for

Ongoing success in all endeavors.
