I respectfully request authorization for a SomerStreets Event Revolving Fund for Fiscal Year 2012 under provision o f M.G.L., Chapter44, Section 53E 1.2. 

Please find attached an Authorization Form describing the nature of the Fund. The expenditure cap will be $5,000.
