To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request a transfer in the amount of $20,000 from the Law Department, Salaries Account to the Law Department, Legal Services Account to fund additional outside counsel costs.  The City Solicitor anticipates $20,000 in unexpended Salary Lag Money at June 30, 2016.
