To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board accept a grant of $37,500 from the Mass Cultural Council to the Arts Council, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds. The purpose of this grant is to pay for the Council's LCC regrant program, providing funding support to artists, organizations and schools to conduct arts and cultural work in the community.
