To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the appropriation of $736,080 to fund the FY2026 Kennedy School Pool Enterprise Fund Budget.

A General Fund Subsidy of $285,400, and $77,000 in Program Fees will be raised to fund the proposed budget. An appropriation of $373,680 from FY25 Certified Retained Earnings will support the FY2026 Kennedy School Pool Enterprise Fund.

Appropriate staff will be available to address any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
