That the Commissioner of Public Works collaborate with the state to provide proper lighting on the pedestrian path under Route 93, from the Super Stop & Shop to the Assembly Square Mall area, and to ensure that a maintenance program is in place.

AMENDED:  The Commissioner should also collaborate to repair the fencing in the area.
