To the Honorable Board:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an additional appropriation in the amount of $192,000 in order to finance the costs of a Feasibility Study and Schematic Design for the Renovation/Construction of the Somerville High School.. To meet said appropriation, the Treasurer will be authorized to borrow $192,000 as provided by MGL Chapter 44.
