That the City Solicitor draft a Home Rule Petition allowing the City of Somerville to change the speed limit to 20 MPH in school zones and areas adjacent to a facility which may be publicly or privately owned and used as senior citizen housing, a hospital, nursing home or assisted living facility, etc.
