To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request revocation of the Veterans Memorial Skating Rink Revolving Fund effective June 30, 2011 to coincide with the establishment of the Veterans Memorial Skating Rink Enterprise Fund.  I further request that the remaining Fund Balance in the Veterans Memorial Skating Rink Revolving Fund be transferred to the Veterans Memorial Skating Rink Enterprise Fund effective July 1, 2011.
