That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development submit a response in writing within 30 days to the following:

Compile a breakdown of all funds provided through Federal Community Block Grants, DIF bonds, "I Cubed Bonds" or the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, and spent to fund work or purchase materials in connection with Assembly Square, whether by the City of Somerville, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and any agencies thereof, or by Federal Realty Investment Trust or any subsidiaries or related companies. In such breakdown, please identify the entity providing funding, (e.g., Community Block Grant program, I Cubed Bond proceeds, DIF proceeds, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009), the amount funded by each such program, a listing of each contractor or supplier of materials with a description of the work performed, and the entity making payment for such work.
