To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board,  an appropriation in the amount of $1,000,000.00 for various ADA Accessibility - Curb Ramp installation and improvements, and authorization for the City Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor to borrow $1,000,000.00 to meet said appropriation.
