To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $3,350,000.00 for various public street and sidewalk repairs and improvements, and authorization for the City Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor to borrow $3,350,000.00 to meet said appropriation.

This appropriation will be used to improve safe and efficient maneuvering of City pedestrians, motorists, and cyclists and will also address ADA curb ramps.
