That the Commissioner of Public Works take immediate action to clean up the dead trees, weeds and shrubs in the Lowell Street stairwell and landscape area abutting the Community Path, from Lowell to Cedar Streets, and arrange for regular and on-going maintenance of this heavily utilized Path.
