To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve an easement to Nstar Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy, its successors and assigns (“Eversource”) to install, operate and maintain electric lines, transformers and related equipment at and below grade of the Premises identified as 0 Windsor Place, Assessor’s Map Section 96, Block A and Lot 43, Somerville, Massachusetts as further described in the attached easement document.
