That the Commissioner of Public Works (Highway Superintendent) examine and report to this Board concerning the following issues relating to the telephone pole and tree that abut 351 Summer Street. The telephone pole is leaning at a dangerous angle and is in the line of passing trucks which have taken the wires down from the pole in the past. Also the power lines are wrapping around the electrical lines.
