Dear Honorable Board Members:

I hereby appoint, subject to the confirmation of your Honorable Board, Sean Keane to position of Captain in the Somerville Fire Department. Mr. Keane is being promoted off Certification # 01779.  If approved, Mr. Keane's seniority status is to  be retroactive to July 8, 2015 per an agreement with the U.S. Attorney's Office
