To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council accept a grant of $$389,995 from the MA Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs to the Office of Sustainability & Environment, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds. The purpose of this grant is to pay for a Critical Regional Infrastructure and Social Vulnerability Assessment in the Lower Mystic region.
