That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Transportation and Infrastructure) consider installing a rotary in at the intersection of Munroe Street and Prospect Hill Avenue and schedule a neighborhood meeting with Prospect Hill residents and the Ward 3 Alderman to discuss if this traffic calming measure is feasible for that location.
