Dear Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I respectfully request approval of a transfer in the amount of $59,500.00 from the DPW Snow Ordinary Maintenance (Org. 0140452) to Buildings and Grounds (Org. 0140752) Roof R&M  (Account 524026) to fund the repair/replacement of the East Branch Library roof and front entrance.
