To the Honorable Board:

Per the Community Preservation Committee’s recommendation on March 23, 2016, I respectfully request that your Honorable Board appropriate $423,480 for the rehabilitation of the Somerville Museum. The appropriation will be allocated to the Historic Resources CPA category and funded $329,973 from the Historic Resources Reserve and $93,507 from Undesignated CPA Fund Balance. Details of this request are available in the attached funding recommendation from the CPC.
