That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (ISD) inspect the newspaper boxes in front of the Union Square Post Office and remove any that do not have a valid city sticker or are in disrepair; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED That all newspaper boxes in Union Square be inspected for proper validation and condition.
