I respectfully request that your Honorable Board approve the appropriation of $2,206,028 from the Community Preservation Act (CPA) Fund Community Housing Reserve to the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, as recommended by the Community Preservation Committee on December 3, 2014. Please see the attached document for an explanation of the CPA Fund and this appropriation request.
