To the Honorable Board:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $21,940.00 from the Assembly Square Stabilization Fund to pay debt service related to the reconstruction of Albion Park, Grimmons Park, and Hodgkins Park and Ballfield.

As outlined in the Capital Investment Plan, debt service for these parks projects is funded through the Assembly Square Stabilization Fund, and not the General Fund Debt Service. The appropriation represents Principal and Interest Due for FY2011.
