That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (ISD) inspect the property at 35 Adrian Street for all structural and health code violations, issue appropriate fines, contact the property owner regarding remediation of said issues and report all findings and actions regarding said property in writing to the Ward 2 Alderman.
