To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $191,455 from the Kennedy School Pool Enterprise Retained Earnings Account certified as of July 1, 2021 to the FY 2023 Kennedy School Pool Enterprise Fund Budget.

This appropriation will serve as a budgeted subsidy to the FY 2023 Kennedy School Pool Enterprise

Fund Budget.
