To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that the Board declare the subterranean rights below Kensington Ave and 0 Middlesex Ave to be surplus and available for disposition. 

In accordance with G.L. c. 30B, sec. 16, I would also request that the Board vote on the proposed minimum value for the property, as well as reuse restrictions, if any.
