To the Honorable Board:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $544,182.00 and authorization for the City Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor to borrow $544,182.00 to meet said appropriation for the purpose of replacing one (1) fire pumper in the fire department.

To meet said appropriation, the Treasurer will be authorized to borrow $544,182.00 as provided by M.G.L. Chapter 44.
