To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Council vote to approve the attached amendments to Sections 11-125(c) and 11-164(b)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Somerville to increase the time period for the payment of water and sewer bills, and the number of bills that may be issued yearly.

A draft of the amendments is attached.

City staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
