That the Director of Health (in conjunction with the Commissioner of Public Works) install a sign on the island at Bow Street and Somerville Avenue informing the public not to feed the birds; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, That the Director of Health also create a flyer explaining why the birds may not be fed, and then to distribute the flyer in the residential and business areas around this location; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, That the Police, Animal Control, ISD, and DPW enforce Ordinance 3-3, which prohibits the feeding of birds in public areas, at and around this island.
