That the Chief of Police report to this Council about how the Somerville Police Department, especially at this time with the bridge closures and other traffic frustrations, can assign more officers to the Traffic Enforcement Division, instruct more patrol officers to make traffic enforcement a higher priority, and increase the ratio of payable to warning citations.
