To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a maintenance access easement and a corresponding landscape management and maintenance plan (LMMP) with 299 Broadway Property Owner LLC for the future Sewall Park at the 299 Broadway development. This easement is intended to be executed and recorded at the time of the development team’s financial closing in late Summer or early Fall 2025.
Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
