To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request your approval to increase the FY2011 Dilboy Revolving Account Fund Expenditure cap from $70,000 to $110,000.

This is due to the increased labor costs caused by an increase in rentals.

My staff will be available to address any questions you may have.
