To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the use of available funds in the Executive-Administration Salaries account (0112151-511000) in the amount of $-439.42 to reclassify the Digital Innovation Officer position to an Executive Liaison - Public position. The Executive Liaison - Public position will be classified at Grade/Step III-20 at a weekly salary of $2,059.62. The amount requested covers the difference between that and the current Digital Innovation Officer weekly salary of $2,076.92 (Grade/Step IIIS-9) for the period January 5, 2026-June 30, 2026.

The Mayor further requests that this Council approve the use of available funds in the Executive-Administration Salaries account (0112151-511000) in the amount of $2,491.23 to reclassify the Legislative Liaison position to an Executive Liaison - Community Partnerships position. The Executive Liaison - Community Partnerships position will be classified at Grade/Step III-20 at a weekly salary of $2,059.62. The amount requested covers the difference between that and the current Legislative Liaison weekly salary of $1,961.54 (Grade/Step IIIS-3) for the period January 5, 2026-June 30, 2026.

The Mayor further requests that this Council approve the use of available funds in the Executive-Administration Salaries account (0112151-511000) in the amount of $2,491.23 to reclassify the Legislative Liaison position to an Executive Liaison - Legislative position. The Executive Liaison - Legislative position will be classified at Grade/Step III-20 at a weekly salary of $2,059.62.
