That ​the Director of Health & Human Services work with this Council and community partners to determine if the City has a current PILOT agreement (sometimes referred to as a Community Services Agreement, in the past) with Mass General Brigham as well as other healthcare providers in city and how mental health services can be a component of such an agreement, particularly as part of a mental health gun buyback program.
