That there shall be established for this Board of Aldermen a Special Committee on a Flood Forum, to be Chaired by Alderman Maryann Heuston, with members Bruce Desmond, William Roche, and the Chair of the Committee on Public Health and Public Safety (currently Alderman William White, Jr.).
