That this Board of Aldermen hereby requests that the Administration and this Board increase all public occupancy permit fees for any and all events not for 100% charitable purposes; and that the fees be equal to 25%-50% of the gross profits of the “for-profit” event(s) that utilize our streets and city services costing our taxpayers money and inconvenience resulting from these events.
