To the Honorable City Council:

 

Periodically, the City Clerk and the City Solicitor review the City Council's Executive Session minutes in order to determine which may be released and which should remain sealed in accordance with the Rules of the City Council and the State’s Open Meeting Law.

 

It was recently determined that the following Executive Session minutes could be released if this Council was willing to waive its attorney-client privilege, either in full or in redacted form. (The “Disposition” column explains any limitations on the full release of the minutes.) Therefore, I respectfully request that this Council consider releasing the following Executive Session minutes:
