Dear Honorable Board Members:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board approve the FY2019 Community Preservation Act (CPA) Fund budget per the Community Preservation Committee, which recommended the following appropriation and transfers of $1,986,473 in estimated FY2019 CPA revenue, with each item to be considered a separate appropriation or reservation:

1.                     Appropriate $99,324 from estimated FY2019 CPA Fund revenue for Committee Administrative Expenses.

2.                     Reserve $397,295 from estimated FY2019 CPA Fund revenue for the Open Space/Recreation Reserve.

3.                     Reserve $297,971 from estimated FY2019 CPA Fund revenue for the Historic Resources Reserve.

4.                     Reserve $993,236 from estimated FY2019 CPA Fund revenue for the Community Housing Reserve.

5.                     Reserve $198,647 from estimated FY2019 CPA Fund revenue for the Budgeted Reserve.
