That the Supervisor of Inspectional Services report to this Board with his assessment as to whether the fines and penalties associated with Stop Work orders are sufficient to deter developers from doing work without appropriate permits, and provide a list, by ward, of all Stop Work orders issued from May 15, 2015 through May 15, 2016, to whom they were issued, and fines and penalties levied.
