To the Honorable Board:

I hereby request that you approve the appointment of Ms. Geri Kantor to the Commission on Energy Use and Climate Change (CEUCC).   Ms. Rosen would  replace Eric Becker, whose terms expired in March 2011 and who has moved from the city.  This term extends through March 1, 2014.

I am attaching Ms. Kantor's letter of interest and resume for your consideration.
