I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $2,000,000 for the reconstruction and streetscape of Lower Broadway.

In addition, I respectfully request your Honorable Board's authorization to borrow $2,000,000 to meet said appropriation.
