To the Honorable City Council:
The Director of Economic Development respectfully conveys to this Council an update on the Request for Proposals to redevelop 90 Washington Street. An attached memo includes an overview of the process by which the proposals are being reviewed and a summary of the two proposals received. The memo includes links to the technical proposals which are also available in full on the City's project website: www.somervillema.gov/90-washington-redevelopment.
