Be it hereby known to all that the

Somerville Mayor and Board of Aldermen

Offer their sincerest commendations to

Somerville’s Greek Community on the occasion of

Greek Independence Day

Celebrated on March 25, commemorating the start of the

War of Greek Independence one hundred ninety one years ago.

The Membership recognizes the many ways in which the Greek Community contributes to Somerville’s municipal life, and offers its sincerest congratulations on this most festive of occasions.
