I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) from Unreserved Fund Balance (“Free Cash”) to the Veterans Benefits Department, Veterans Benefits Account.

An explanatory letter from Veterans Director Frank Senesi is attached.
